Chris Danjuma names 20 Falconets for African games
Coach Chris Danjuma has finalized his selection of 20 players who will proudly represent Nigeria in the women’s football event at the upcoming 13th African Games.
The highly anticipated continental championship is set to commence this Thursday, prompting Nigeria’s contingent to depart the country on Tuesday for the battle in Ghana.
Danjuma has meticulously crafted a squad comprising three goalkeepers, six defenders, five midfielders, and six attackers, ensuring a well-balanced and versatile lineup for the Falconets.
Among the notable names included in the roster are goalkeeper Faith Omilana, defenders Shukurat Oladipo and Jumoke Alani, midfield maestros Chioma Olise and Olushola Shobowale, as well as attackers Blessing Okpe and Judith Okah.
