AAG 2019: Flying Eagles In Friendly Win Over Next Soccer Star All Star
Ahead of the male football event of the 2019 All Africa Games in Morocco, the Flying Eagles of Nigeria defeated Soccer Super Star All Stars 4-0 in a friendly played at the FIFA Goal Project, Abuja.
Paul Aigbogun named a starting XI that included Detan Ogundare; Mike Zaruma, Rabiu Muhammad, Victor Arikpo, Habib Yakubu, Saeed Jibril, Abubakar Ahmed, Peter Eletu, Success Makanjuola, Samuel Nnoshir and Collins Sor.
The Flying Eagles started on a frantic note and duly got the opener when Victor Arikpo scored a sublime freekick to put the U20 boys ahead after Saed Jubril was brought down.

The rout was completed when Adesina Gata scored a well taken goal for Paul Aigbogun side.
Nigeria drawn in Group A of the competition, to contend with hosts Morocco, South Africa and Burkina Faso.
Nigeria take on Burkina Faso, before matches against South Africa and Morocco in Rabat.
Burundi, Ghana, Mali and Senegal will battle things out in Group B in Kenitra.
