Westbrook records 20th triple-double, Bulls edge to win as Harden stars in Rockets’ 137-112 win over Nets

A Russell Westbrook triple-double led the Oklahoma City Thunder to an NBA win as the Chicago Bulls edged to a victory.

For the 20th time this season, Westbrook had a triple-double as the Thunder overcame the Sacramento Kings 122-118 on Sunday.

Doug McDermott was the unlikely hero for the Bulls, who beat the Memphis Grizzlies 108-104.

There were also wins for the Houston Rockets and Toronto Raptors.

BRILLIANT WESTBROOK

Westbrook finished with 36 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists as the Thunder made it four wins in five.

He also had seven turnovers, but the Thunder managed to claim a win as Enes Kanter had a double-double of 29 points and 12 rebounds off the bench.

DeMarcus Cousins (31 points and 11 rebounds) and Rudy Gay (22 and 10) led the Kings.

BULLS RALLY

McDermott needed just 33 minutes to have 31 points and six rebounds.

Dwyane Wade was rested for the Bulls, who got 18 points from Taj Gibson and 16 from Jimmy Butler.

Marc Gasol’s 24 points and 11 rebounds were not enough for the Grizzlies.

HOT HARDEN

James Harden (22 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists) helped the Rockets past the Brooklyn Nets 137-112.

The Raptors were comfortable, easing past the New York Knicks 116-101.
