Nigerian attacker Taiwo Abdulrahman has opened his goal scoring account for his new club in their 3-1 away loss to Spartak Trnava in a Fortuna Liga game on Saturday.
The 20-year-old forward who joined DAC 1904 Dunajska Streda mid January from another Slovakian out-fit Nitra was on song at the Stadion Antona Malatinskeho albiet in a defeat.
Spartak Trnava took the lead in the 35th minute through Kubilay Yilmaz but Taiwo Abdulrahman restored parity just three minutes after they went down.
Kire Markoski restored the home side’s lead in the 48th minute and Kubilay Yilmaz completed his brace with his 68th minute strike to increased Spartak Trnava advantage to two.
Taiwo Abdulrahman who has played a total of 20 league games for both Nitra and Dun. Streda has found the back of the net on four different occassions.
He scored 3 goals in 18 appearances for Nitra, he has now scored his first in just two games played for Dun. Streda.
