AC Milan closing in on Samuel Chukwueze deal

Super Eagles ace Samuel Chukwueze is nearing on a move to Italian giants AC Milan from Villarreal as negotiations are ongoing to this effect.

Villarreal star Chukwueze has enjoyed the best season of his career in 2022-23 and is reaping the benefits, with AC Milan pushing to complete his signing this summer. The 24-year-old winger recorded 13 goals and 11 assists in all competitions for Villarreal last season and was one of their most important players.

Chukwueze has an agreement on personal terms with AC Milan and is prepared to join them once an agreement on a fee is reached between both parties. The forward, who was voted as the best African Player in La Liga, is keen on the move, as he sees it as the next step in his development.
