But the move is on the offing as the five-time champions league winners plan on signing the Nigerian this summer before loaning him out to French Ligue 1 side Lille.
Victor Osimhen who recently scored three goals and assisted the fourth in Olympics Eagles 4-0 second leg win against Libya in their AFCON U23 qualifiers has been in top form.
Osimhen has flourished since he joined Sporting Charleroi on loan from Wolfsburg. Victor Osimhen has scored 13 league goals for the Belgian outfit this season.
AC Milan have reportedly tabled an offer of €12m, thrice the money paid by Wolfsburg to sign the Nigerian after finishing top scorer at the 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup in Chile.
