AFCON 2019 favourites Senegal have confirmed they will take on the Super Eagles in a warm-up game between June 14 and 16 in Egypt.
“We will only have one friendly match against Nigeria as we prepare for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations,” Senegal FA president Augustine Senghor told the media.
Both Nigeria and Senegal played out a 1-1 draw when they last clashed in a friendly in London in March 2017.
Kelechi Iheanacho scored from the penalty spot after Moussa Sow had put the Teranga Lions in front.
The Eagles are shopping for another friendly to be played in Asaba before they fly out to their AFCON training base in Ismailia.
