AFCON2021QF: Nigeria for Burkina Faso

The Quarter Finals of the 2021 AFCON begins today . By 5pm Hosts Cameroon will face debutants Gambia before 2013 finalists Burkina Faso takes on Tunisia by 8pm.

Burkina Faso presently facing political uncertainty following Monday’s military coup which overthrew the countries civilian government will certainly be enjoying the support of many Nigerians when they take to the turf vs Tunisia this evening.

Aside from the bond of Burkina Faso being a fellow West African country, Many Nigerians are still hurting over the Super Eagles shock AFCON exit following a 0-1 loss to Tunisia’s Carthage Eagles and will be cheering Burkina Faso to send Tunisia parking from Cameroon.
