#AFCONQ2019 John Ogu eyes home and away wins against Libya

Hapoel Beer Sheva midfielder John Ogu is eyeing a home and away win against Libya when Nigeria tackle ther North African in 2019 AFCON Qualifiers.

Nigeria will tackle the table-toppers, Libya in double-header ties starting with a clash at the Goodswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo this Saturday before playing the second leg in Stade Taïeb Mhiri, Sfax on Tuesday.

As we countdown to the first match of the double-header, John Ogu is confident the Super Eagles will get the job done.

“We know we have two difficult games against a good Libyan side who are top of the group, but we are looking forward to them,” he said.

“We will start by giving all we have so to win the two games against them.”

As it stands Libya and South Africa are joint top of the group with 4 points each, Nigeria with 3 points while Seychelles are bottom with 0 points from 2 games played thus far.
