AfHF announces date and host of the 2020 African Olympic Qualifiers

The Africa Hockey Federation has announced the date and venue for the African Olympic Qualifier “African Hockey Road to Tokyo 2020” (M&W).

Just as the Africa Hockey Federation President, Seif Ahmed, hinted when he was in Nigeria during the just concluded Africa Cup for Club Champions, South Africa will be hosting the rest of Africa.

The qualifier is scheduled to take place during the period of 12-18 August 2019 and the venue is University of Northwest Potchefstroom.

Nigeria National teams will be amongst the countries that will be vying for the right to flag Africa’s flag in Tokyo come 2020.
