Ahmed Musa Wins League Title In First Season At Al Nassr

Super Eagles assistant captain, Ahmed Musa has been crowned champion in Saudi Arabia after Al Nassr won their final game of the season against Al Batin.

In only his first season in Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Musa helped Al Nassr defeat already relegated Al Batin 2-1 in front of their fans to finish on 70 points from 30 matches, a point ahead of closest rivals Al Hilal.

26-year-old Ahmed Musa scored seven goals in 24 matches for Al Nassr.

The former kano pillars forward has previously been champion in Russia with CSKA Moscow.

The championship means Al Nassr will represent Saudi Arabia in next season’s AFC Champions League.
