Akwa United FC shot-down Abia Warriors 3-1 in a Nigeria Premier Football League clash to make a winning start to the year 2024.
The Promise Keepers went into the contest looking to heal from a turbulent 2023 which saw the club fail to achieve on-field success except for a state FA Cup triumph.
