Alex Iwobi is joined on the shortlist by Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford, Bournemouth’s Philip Billing, Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne, Tottenham’s Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Aston Villa’s Jacob Ramsey.
Iwobi has assisted three of Everton’s last four goals this season and was named Man of the match in the win over West Ham to halt the Merseyside outfits winless start to the campaign .
