Al Farouq Aminu rips Cavs apart at Rip City
Nigeria’s Al Farouq dropped 11 points as the Portland Trailblazers ripped the defending champions Cleveland Cavaliers apart at the Moda Center, Rose Quarters, Portland, Oregon on Wednesday.
Although, CJ McCollum scored 27 points and Allen Crabbe had 24 points off the bench against the slumping Cavaliers, Al Farouq led the stat in the rebound with a total of 12 rebounds; 5 offensive and 7 defensive rebounds in addition to dropping 11 points.
Al Farouq Aminu who missed out of his team first meeting with Cavs back in November 24th when they lost 137-125 due to injury; ran out his socks making life uncomfortable for James and his teammates as they comfortably beat Cavs 102-86.
Aminu, who missed couple of Blazers games this season due to injury is a regular player for the Portland Trailblazer with an impressive stats for a player playing in his position.
