Anthony Joshua Visits Nigeria

Anthony Joshua was spotted at Lagos airport as he pays a visit to Nigeria after many years away from his ancestral home.

The former IBF, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion touched down at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Ikeja, Lagos, on Thursday.

Nigerians fans were everywhere on Joshua’s arrival as many took time to have pictures with the Ogun State born United Kingdom citizen.

Joshua’s sister, Janet then took to her Instagram account to appreciate the home coming of her brother.

She said “Welcome home my dear brother.” she added a love emoji and the Nigerian flag.

“May the lord almighty uphold you. Strengthen you and be with you.

“Back to the mother land. The soil of our foundation.#JoshuaGeneration.”
