Anthony, Lillard lead Trail Blazers to win over Golden State

Portland Trail Blazers Power Forward, Carmelo Anthony, was instrumental as his team defeated the Golden State Warriors by 123-98 points. Anthony chipped in with 18 points, 1 assist and 5 rebounds, as he moved to 14th on the all-time NBA scorers list with 26,499 points. Damian Lillard also dropped 34 points, 8 assists and 4 rebounds, and CJ McCollum scored 28 points, 4 assists and 1 rebound.

The Warriors were led by Point Guard, Steph Curry, who scored 26 points, 5 assists and 8 rebounds, but he was unable to motivate his team to a victory over the Trail Blazers, losing after two consecutive victories over the Detroit Pistons and the Chicago Red Bulls.

Damian Lillard also made history as he crossed the 15,000 point mark in his career, and rose to 19th in the all time 3 points made list.
