Arsenal set to triple Thomas Partey’s current wage as Atletico wait on his decision

Arsenal are reportedly set to triple Thomas Partey current Atletico Madrid wage in other to lure him away from the Spanish club.

Thomas Partey, an Atletico academy graduate is subject of tussle between his current club and Arsenal who are willing to do all it take to sign the Ghanian.

Partey who is currently one of the lowest earners at the Wanda Metropolitan Stadium has an offer on his tble to extend his stay in Madrid and he also has the option of leaving the club for Arsenal.

According to report, Thomas Partey first choice is to renew his contract at Atletico Madrid but would be open to a move to Arsenal.

While Atletico Madrid are also willing to retain the services of the player they groom from their academy, they are also open to selling him at the right prices to balance their books after they, like other clubs were dealth a huge financial blow due to COVID-19.

According to goal, the final decision lies on Thomas Partey’s hands, he has to choose between joining Arsenal where he would get triple of his current wage or sign a contract extension at Atletico where he would get a little more that his current wage.
