Balogun: Liverpool will be quicker than sluggish Manchester United

Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun is already looking forward to the clash between his English side Brighton & Hove Albion and Liverpool after helping The Seagulls overcome Manchester United on Sunday.

Leon Balogun who made his debut in the Sunday clash gave a good account of himself to help Chris Hughton side beat Manchester United who are one of the favourites to win the 2018-19 Premier League with ease.

The former FC Koln and Mainz 05 defender while talking ahead of Satuday clash against another title favourites, Liverpool, said he expects a tough match against the quicker Reds side when they clash at Anfield.

‘But they told me this is always the kind of game you play against United,’ Balogun added. ‘They like to slow it down a little bit sometimes.

“Liverpool is going to be completely different,’ Balogun said. ‘It is going to be a lot quicker and a lot more intense.”
