Balogun scores 15th Ligue One goal of the season as Reims hammer Troyes

Nigeria eligible striker Folarin Balogun scored his 15th French Ligue One goal of the season as Stade de Reims hammered Troyes 4-0 on Sunday.

Zimbabwean midfielder Marshall Munieste fired Stade de Reims in the tenth minute before setting up Myziane Maolida for the second goal on the stroke of half-time to put Reims 2-0 up at half-time.

Arsenal-loanee Folarin Balogun grabbed the 3rd goal of the game in the 50th minute to pull two goals off Kylian Mbappe (13) at the top of the Ligue One goal-scorers chart.

Michel Cajuste scored the 4th goal in the final quater to cap a comprehensive 4-0 win for Stade de Reims at the Stade Augute-Delaune 11 on Sunday afternoon.

With Balogun’s impressive performance on loan at Reims, Arsenal FC will have a big decision to make on the future of the Hale End Academy product.
