Ben Yedder Shines As Monaco Beat PSG Without Mbappe, Messi

Monaco earned a well-deserved 3-1 win over PSG in a French Ligue 1 encounter on Saturday.

PSG were without the trio of Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi and Marco Verratti due to injuries.

Aleksandr Golovin put Monaco ahead in the fourth minute after PSG defenders failed to clear the line.

Ben Yedder doubled the lead 14 minutes later after 17-year-old defender El El Chadaille Bitshiabu committed an error to allow him fire past Donnaruma.

PSG reduced the deficit after  Carlos Soler and Juan Bernat combined to set up Warren Zaire-Emery for an easy tap-in.

Ben Yedder put the icing on the cake with a composed finish for his 14th Ligue 1 goal of the season.

PSG will be back in action against Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday.
