PSG reduced the deficit after Carlos Soler and Juan Bernat combined to set up Warren Zaire-Emery for an easy tap-in.
Ben Yedder put the icing on the cake with a composed finish for his 14th Ligue 1 goal of the season.
PSG will be back in action against Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday.
