Bunny Shaw Scores Hat-Trick as Manchester City Thrash West Ham 5-0
Bunny Shaw continued her incredible goalscoring form with a hat-trick as Manchester City Women cruised to an emphatic 5-0 victory over West Ham United in the Women’s Super League.
The Jamaican striker was once again the standout performer, finding the net three times to lead City’s dominant display. Her latest goalscoring performance takes her tally to 12 goals in just nine WSL appearances this season, underlining her importance to the team’s attacking threat.
City were in control of the contest and made their superiority count with a convincing five-goal victory. West Ham struggled to contain Shaw, whose movement, strength and finishing ability proved too much for the visitors.
For Manchester City, the result is another statement of their attacking quality as they continue their push in the Women’s Super League. Shaw’s consistency in front of goal has been particularly impressive, with the striker showing no signs of slowing down.
Scoring 12 goals in nine league matches is an outstanding achievement, and if she maintains this form, Shaw could be on course for another remarkable season.
At this rate, Manchester City will continue to rely heavily on their star forward as they chase their ambitions this campaign.
