Cavs, Warriors win as Ibaka magic sinks Thunder
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors claimed NBA wins as the Oklahoma City Thunder were stunned.
The Cavs enjoyed a 100-93 victory over the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday to improve to 8-1.
The Warriors were relatively comfortable, claiming a 133-120 win over the Phoenix Suns.
But there was no such luck for the Thunder, who went down to the Serge Ibaka-inspired Orlando Magic.
CAVS CRUISE
The Cavs continued on their way to start the season.
Channing Frye had a team-high 20 points off the bench, while LeBron James and Kyrie Irving finished with 19 each.
Kevin Love had a double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds.
WARRIORS WIN
The star trio of Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson led the Warriors.
Curry and Thompson finished with 30 points each, while Durant had 29 to go with his nine rebounds.
Draymond Green recorded a double-double of 14 points and 11 assists.
IBAKA MAGIC
Ibaka was the hero for the Magic against his former team, leading Orlando to a 119-117 win.
He had 31 points – including the game-winning jump shot – to go with nine rebounds.
Russell Westbrook was immense with 41 points, 16 assist and 12 rebounds, but the Thunder suffered a third straight loss.

WONDERFUL WIGGINS

The Portland Trail Blazers also had a win, beating the Denver Nuggets 112-105.
CLIPPERS HOST NETS
All hail the mighty Los Angeles Clippers, who are off to the hottest start in the NBA behind Blake Griffin (20.2 points per game), Chris Paul (19) and DeAndre Jordan (10.8). The Brooklyn Nets are getting what they expected out of Brook Lopez (19.4), as well as a surprising start from new point guard Jeremy Lin (15).
