Chelsea deserved to win at Bournemouth – Axel Disasi laments after 0-0 draw

Chelsea FC defender Axel Disasi has lamented over his teams inability to score, as reason why they missed a deserved win over Bournemouth.

Axel Disasi was in action as the Blues played out a 0-0 draw vs Bournemouth FC at the Vitality Stadium on Sunday September 17.

In his post match interview, the new Chelsea FC man expressed Ill feeling over the draw before making a case for improvement in attack.

Disasi said ” [I feel] a little bit angry because I think we deserved to win.

” We missed so many chances so that’s why the feeling is a little bit bad but I think we saw good movement on the pitch, good action. We don’t score so we have to improve on this case. I think it will come in. ”

The travelling Chelsea FC supporters were not happy over the performance which leaves the team in the bottom half of the 2023/2024 English Premier League standings and so booed their players.

When asked about the fans reaction, Axel Disasi said he understands the feeling of disappointment expressed by the fans.

“I understand. They want us to win every game because we are Chelsea, we are ambitious. We have to win every game and I understand.

” I can say just to keep going together and I think in the future it will be good for the club.

” We believe, the coach and team are always positive. If we keep going in this way it will be good.”

On a personal level, the defender said he was satisfied with the clean sheet.

” I’m happy with my performance. We didn’t concede a goal so I think it’s good for the confidence. I tried to give my best to help the team. I think Robert in the goal did a great job this afternoon.

“I just try to do my best for the team. I feel better and better on the pitch so I try to do my best. ” Axel Disasi remarked.
