Chelsea get Dynamo, Arsenal to play Stade Rennais in Europa League last 16
Cheelsea have been handed a two-legged tie with Dynamo Kiev in the last 16 of the Europa League.
The Blues booked their place in Friday’s draw after registering a 3-0 victory over Malmo on Thursday, a scoreline which gave the Premier League side a 5-1 aggregate win.
Head coach Maurizio Sarri was aware that his team could have been drawn against former club Napoli, Arsenal or Inter Milan, but Chelsea will go up against Dynamo Kiev who overcame the challenge of Olympiacos in the last round.
Chelsea will be at home in the first leg on March 7, with the reverse fixture taking place in Ukraine a week later.
London rivals Arsenal have been paired with French team Rennes in the last 16.
