Chelsea preparing to replace Kerr and Macario in Summer
Chelsea Women are set for a major rebuild in attack this summer, with both Sam Kerr and Catarina Macario expected to leave.
Kerr, who has led the line for years, is no longer the central figure in the team; Agnes Beever-Jones is now being used more regularly through the middle. A move to the NWSL is being lined up for Kerr, with a new Denver franchise seen as a likely destination.
Macario is also set to move, with San Diego Wave expected to be her next club.
That leaves Chelsea needing at least two forwards ahead of next season, especially with the WSL calendar expanding.
