Chibundu Amah nine-minute hat-trick helps Sunshine trash Lobi Stars as coach knocks out player

Chibundu Amah was the hero as he scored three goals within the space of nine minutes to help Sunshine Stars trash Lobi Stars in their Nigeria Professional Football League rescheduled game played on Thursday.

Barely 18 minutes after coming on for Kolade Adeniji, Chibundu Amah popped up to put Sunshine Stars in front in the 74th minute, he added two more goals to complete his hattrick in the 80th and 83rd minutes.

His hattrick was the first of the 2019 Nigeria Professional Football League.

Chibundu Amah heroics was however overshadowed by the incident between Sunshine Stars assistant coach Kayode Julius who knocked out Lobi Stars goalie Ospino Egbe before the kick off.

This incident forced the visitors to use their second choice goalie for the clash.
