Could Fulham Be Adding Another Nigerian Star?

Fulham might soon welcome a new Super Eagles player, as the club is said to be interested in signing Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare.

The 24-year-old forward had a brilliant season with Belgian side Genk, scoring 17 goals in the league and 23 in all competitions. Standing at 6 feet 4 inches tall, Arokodare is known for his strength, speed, and goal-scoring ability.

Four English Championship clubs are looking to sign FC Krasnodar winger Olakunle Olusegun this summer, SportsRation reports.

While big clubs like Manchester United and AC Milan have shown interest, Arokodare is keen on a move to the Premier League. He recently changed his agency, making it clear he wants a move to England.

Fulham have already begun talks with his team and may try to bring him to Craven Cottage. If the deal goes through, Arokodare would join fellow Nigerians Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey, who both played key roles for the London club last season.

With Fulham aiming to bounce back after a disappointing end to their 2024/25 campaign, adding Arokodare’s firepower could be just what they need.
