Cristiano Ronaldo likened to a 20-year-old after medical results at Juventus

Medical staff who conducted tests on Cristiano Ronaldo prior to his £100m move to Juventus last week have revealed that the forward has the physical capabilities of a 20-year-old.

Ronaldo, who is now 33, underwent a number of routine tests ahead of his blockbuster move to Real Madrid, and the medics were reportedly astounded by the fitness levels of the Portugal captain.

According to talkSPORT, Ronaldo has 7% body fat, which is around 3% less than the average professional.

The Portuguese also has a muscular mass of 50%, which is around 4% higher than the average professional.

Ronaldo recorded a top speed of 33.98km (21.1mph) at the World Cup, which was the fastest clocked by any player in the tournament.

Ronaldo won four Ballon d’Ors during his time at Real Madrid, adding to the one he won while with Manchester United in 2008. The striker also helped the club to four Champions League titles in the last five seasons, scoring three times against Juventus in the quarter-finals last term.
