Danjuma Kolo explains why Niger Flickers will win 2017 African Cup of Club Championship

Danjuma Kolo has explained why he is confident Nigeria representative at this years African Cup of Club Championship in the male category Niger Flickers will bring the title to Nigeria.

In an exclusive chat with Sportlineng.com from their hotel in Kenya, Danjuma Kolo said his players have no excuse for not winning the title this time around having finished third in the 2015 edition in Lusaka, Zambia.

“We are very prepared for this tournament and we are sure we will better last time feat.

“We were in the camp for a month in Abuja, so we are technically, mentally and stamina wise good to go,” he said.

The tournament director Walter Imoedemhe recently told Sportlineng.com that the Nigerian teams stand a big chance of winning the title in both male and female categories if they are disciplined and Danjuma Kolo assured Nigerians that his players are very disciplined and will be doing everything to bring the title to Nigeria.

“We are very disciplined, we respect the rules of the game and our aim is to bring the title to Nigeria God willing.”

Niger Flickers will play their first match on Sunday, 5:30pm against Ghana Police.
