Diego Costa demands VERY HUGE pay rise from Chelsea to keep him

Diego Costa has told Chelsea to pay him £300,000-a-week if they want to keep him at Stamford Bridge, reports say.

The Spain international has returned to training after being left out of the squad for the win at Leicester and is set to start against Hull.

Costa fell out with Antonio Conte after receiving a huge offer from China but he has now come to a truce with his boss.

However, Costa only agreed to a return to the side on the condition that contract negotiations reopened, according to The Sun.

Talks will resume next week but Costa will demand £300,000-a-week, double what he currently works, if he is to extend his stay.

Chelsea are reluctant to offer the 28-year-old that much and are thought to be more likely to hand him a new five-year deal worth £225,000-a-week.
