Ekiti 1 Osun 0: Adeleke Ige’s last minute goal pushes Ado Grammar School to the final

Adeleke Ige scored with the last whistle of the game to help Ado Grammar School beat St. Mark Commercial Grammar School 1-0 to book their place in the final of the the 2018 South West Hockey Foundation U-16 Tournament on Friday.

It was an end to end game as both sides matched each other strength for strength, skill for skill, power for power and style for style.

There was no separating the two side for the most part of the game and when it was ending for the shootout, Adeleke Ige popped up to score the winning goal.

Just after scoring the goal the final whistle was blown.

So the firstever South West Hockey Foundation U-16 Tournament final will be between Ado Grammar School from Ekiti and Government College Ibadan on Saturday at Lekan Salami Stadium.
