The English FA Cup fifth round draws have been announced. Plymouth will face Manchester City in the FA Cup fifth round, following their stunning victory over Liverpool.
The Championship side shocked Premier League leaders Liverpool with a 1-0 win at Home Park on Sunday, thanks to Ryan Hardie’s second-half penalty.
Despite sitting at the bottom of the Championship with just one league win in three months, Plymouth have now eliminated both Liverpool and Brentford, earning a dream tie against Pep Guardiola’s struggling Manchester City.
FA Cup holders Manchester United will play Fulham at Old Trafford after a 2-1 win over Leicester on Friday, with Harry Maguire scoring a controversial last-minute winner.
League Cup finalists Newcastle will take on Brighton, who knocked out Chelsea on Saturday, while Bournemouth will face Wolves in another all-Premier League clash.
Aston Villa, who won 2-1 against Tottenham on Sunday, will host Championship side Cardiff.
Exeter or Nottingham Forest will play Ipswich, and Doncaster or Crystal Palace will host Millwall.
