Europa League: Manchester United get another Spanish test, Arsenal draw Sporting
All the draws as released on Friday
Manchester United have been given another Spanish test while Arsenal are drawn against Sporting Lisbon in the UEFA Europa league round of 16 draws.
In the draws released on Friday afternoon, Manchester United will face Real Betis CF in the round of 16 after Thursday nights win over Spanish La Liga table toppers FC Barcelona.
Erik Ten Hag’s men will hope the experience from the 4-3 aggregate win over Barcelona will help them past Betis over two-legs in March.
The first leg will take place at Old Trafford on March 9 before the Red devils travel to Spain for the return leg on March 16.
In the other draws, Arsenal FC will taken on Sporting Lisbon of Portugal. The Gunners were exempted from the previous round after finishing as group leaders.
Sporting Lisbon will host the first leg before travelling to the Emirates for the return leg on March 16.
