Europa League: Olayinka fires blank; Chukwueze stars in loss as Iwobi plays his part
The three Nigerians; Peter Olayinka, Samuel Chukwueze and Alex Iwobi who are left in the Europa League this season continued their quest for the title.
They were actively involved in the quarterfinal clash as they competition reaches its final stages.

Peter Olayinka (Slavia Prague)
The young Nigerian striker was involved in the game for Czech Republic champions against the 2013 Europa League Champions Chelsea.
Olayinka was a threat to Chelsea defence but was unable to bridge the Blues defence. He was on for 82 minute before he was taken off for Mick van Buren in their 1-0 home loss.
Samuel Chukwueze (Villarreal)
Samuel Chukwueze gave his all for 90 minites that he was on the pitch but was unable to help Villarreal as they go down at the Estadio de la Ceramica to Valencia.
The all Spanish quarterfinal affair didn’t favour Villarreal as they were beaten 3-0 by Valencia.
He created more chances, took more shots and completed more take-ons than any other player on the pitch.
Alex Iwobi (Arsenal)
Super Eagles forward was introduced in the second half in Arsenal 2-0 win to Napoli at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday.
Alex Iwobi didn’t do anything to increase the tally but was their to help Arsenal maintain their 2-0 home lead ahead of their second leg trip to Italy in the second leg.
