Ezekiel Tamara joins Al Naft SC from Bendel Insurance FC

Midfielder, Ezekiel Tamara has completed his move to Iraqi club Al Naft SC from Nigeria Premier Football League side Bendel Insurance, SportsRation reports.

The financial details of this deal that takes Tamara to Al Naft SC has not been undisclosed.

The 23-year-old joined the Bendel Insurance FC at the start of the 2023–24 Nigeria Premier Football League season, but now leaves in mid-season.

At the Benin Arsenal, Tamara was a key player, his most significant contribution being a starring role in Bendel Insurance’s qualification for the second round of the CAF Confederation Cup.

At Iraqi club AL Naft SC, Ezekiel Tamara will join former Sunshine Stars forward Okiki Afolabi who is on the books of the Baghdad based outfit.

While in Nigeria,  Ezekiel Tamara also had stints with Lobi Stars, Shooting Stars Kano Pillars, etc .
