Come Saturday, June 3rd, 2023 there could be a potential final between Manchester City and Manchester United after the FA Cup semifinal draws were made on Sunday.

There was no happy return to the Etihad Stadium for Vincent Kompany as his Burnley were destroyed 6-0 by Manchester City in the quarterfinal fixture.

Manchester United also secured a 3-1 victory over Fulham to book a place in the last eight. 18-year-old Evan Ferguson scored two goals as Brighton defeated Grimsby Town 5-0.

The last quarterfinal game saw Sheffield United defeat Blackburn Rovers 3-2.
