Fatau Dauda will not think twice before dumping Black Stars for ‘talented’ Super Eagles

Enyimba’s Ghanaian goalkeeper Fatau Dauda wouldn’t think twice about dumping the Black Stars of Ghana for the Super Eagles of Nigeria if they rules were changed.

Fatau Dauda who was Black Stars first choice goalkeeper at the 2013 African Cup of Nations in South Africa has played 25 international games for Ghana national team but will jump at the offer of representing Nigeria.

Fatau Dauda revealed he would jump at the chance of playing with the talented Super Eagles squad.

“Nigerians are passionate about football. They love football like we Ghanaians and you know that rivalry will be there forever.

“If FIFA change their law today and I have the chance to play for Nigeria I will gladly do that.

“I won’t think twice before accepting the offer. There are a lot of talented players in the Super Eagles and it will be great to be part of a great team.”

Unfortunately, Fatau Dauda is not eligible to represent Nigeria has he is already capped for Ghanaian national team.

Do you think he would have been the right choice for the Super Eagles instead of Daniel Akpeyi, Francis Uzoho or Ikechukwu Ezenwa?

What do you think?
