FINALLY! Victor Osimhen arrives in Morocco for 2023 CAF awards
Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen has finally arrived in Morocco for the 2023 CAF awards ceremony in Marrakech, Morocco. SportsRation reports.
In a report earlier today, SportsRation reported that Napoli striker Victor Osimhen was yet to land in Morocco for the ceremony which will take place in Marrackech by 7pm today.
However, in a news that will lift the hearts of his fans, Osimhen has touched down in Morocco on a charterred flight for the ceremony.
Napoli have accorded the 24-year-old significant support, allowing him to attend the event despite their upcoming UEFA Champions League match vs Braga on Tuesday.
Osimhen will return to Naples immediately after the event to rejoin his teammates ahead of the crucial match in Europe.
Osimhen is a strong contender for CAF Player of the Year award but face serous challenge from homeboy, Achraf Hakimi.
