Flying Eagles Focus on Togo After Strong Win Over Ghana

Nigeria’s Flying Eagles have turned their attention to their next match after beating Ghana 4-2 in their opening game of the WAFU B U20 Championship.
The impressive win over their West African rivals gave Nigeria a strong start to the tournament and boosted their hopes of reaching the semi-finals.
Head coach Abdu Maikaba said the team is not getting carried away by the victory and is fully focused on the next challenge.
“We are fully focused on the next game. We are taking this tournament one match at a time, and that is how we will continue. We know that a win against Togo will secure our place in the semi-finals,” Maikaba said.
The Flying Eagles will face Togo in their next Group B match, knowing that another victory will book their place in the last four.
After an exciting display against Ghana, Nigeria will be hoping to produce another strong performance and continue their winning start in the competition.
