Flying Eagles: NFF seek replacement for Ladan Bosso

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced an open call for applications for the position of head coach of the Flying Eagles, previously held by Ladan Bosso.

The NFF’s official website details the requirements for interested candidates.

To qualify for the position, applicants must hold at least a CAF B License and have a minimum of five years of coaching experience.

They should be familiar with Nigeria’s domestic football scene, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and be proficient in English.

Candidates must also exhibit integrity and transparency in their work, be prepared to collaborate with the NFF Technical Department and Technical Sub-Committee, and have a record of recent success in coaching over the past three years. Additionally, they should be willing to work harmoniously with the NFF leadership.

The NFF invites all Nigerian coaches, including those based abroad, to apply for the role. The application deadline is Sunday, August 4, 2024. The successful candidate will be selected following a comprehensive screening process.

Ladan Bosso was the last occupant of the role and led Nigeria to a quarter-final finish at the last FIFA U-20 World Cup tournament.
