Footballers Vs Musicians: Victor Osimhen Gives Honest Take on Who Makes More Money

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has shared his view on the long-running debate about who makes more money between footballers and musicians.
Speaking during a recent chat, the Galatasaray forward made it clear that he believes footballers earn more than musicians, based on his experience in the game.
When asked about the comparison, Osimhen did not hesitate to give his opinion.
“I’m not scared of anything. I’ve faced so much in life. Footballers earn more,” he said.
He explained that footballers make money from different sources, not just their basic salaries. According to him, players also receive bonuses for matches, goals, and performances, which increases their overall earnings.
Osimhen also pointed out that top players enjoy extra financial rewards from endorsements and sponsorship deals.
“Top footballers even get paid by brands to wear their boots,” he added.
The striker, who is among the highest-paid Nigerian players, used his own journey as an example of how football can change lives.
“I’ve faced so much in life,” he repeated, stressing how far he has come through football.
His comments have added a strong voice to the debate, especially in a country where both football and music have produced global stars.
