Moses Ebiye played for Nigerian club, Akwa United FC before landing a contract in Europe.

Ebiye, who recently departed Norwegian side Aalesund in January, has committed to a contract with Motherwell until 2025.

The 26-year-old forward showcased his goal-scoring prowess in the Norwegian top-flight, netting an impressive total of 19 goals during his time there.

Manager Stuart Kettlewell expressed his satisfaction with the acquisition, stating, “This has been a long and arduous process. A lot of people behind the scenes at the club have had to work very hard, but we’re very excited to see what Moses can do in his time at the club.”

Kettlewell emphasized Ebiye’s prolific goal-scoring record in Norway, believing it will be a valuable asset to Motherwell as they progress through the remainder of the season.

In response to his new opportunity, Nigerian striker Moses Ebiye expressed his delight, saying, “I am very happy to have joined the club. It has been good training and getting to know the team. I hope I can make an impact in my time here.”
