Genk 2 Oostende 2: Paul Onuachu scores back-to-back braces to become joint top scorer in Belgium

Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu scored another brace to help Genk to a 2-2 draw against Oostende in a Belgian top flight game on Monday.

The lanky striker just continued from where he left it off last week with another brace to help The Blue-White snatch a point at Luminus Arena.

It was the visitors who took the lead Cameron McGeehan in the third minute of the game before Paul Onuachu restored parity for Genk.

He completed his brace with a spot kick in the 52nd minute and four minutes after his goal his teammate Bastien Toma was sent off.

Makhtar Gueye then restored parity for the visitor in the 83rd minutes at exactly 27th minutes after they were one man up.

It ended 2-2 and Paul Onuachu was the scorer of both Genk’s goals. It is now a back-to-back braces for Paul Onuachu and he has a total of six goals in six games.

Paul Onuachu with 6 goals is now the joint top scorer in Belgian pro league.

Meanwhile, his Super Eagles teammate Cyriel Dessers was on the bench the entire duration of the match.
