Harden fires Rockets to first win of the season

Houston Rockets Point Guard, James Harden was in inspired form as he led his team to their first win of the season against the Sacramento Kings at the Toyota Centre on Thursday. He was ably supported by John Wall, who on his regular season debut for the Rockets put up an impressive performance, running the show with Harden in a closely contested encounter that ended 122-119 in favour of the Rockets.

Harden ended the game with 33 points, 8 assists and 6 rebounds, with Wall posting 22 points, 9 assists and 6 rebounds. Christian Wood also contributed 21 points, 3 assists and 12 rebounds in the game.

Houston Rockets lost their last match against the Denver Nuggets by 124-111 points, as well as the previous one to Portland Trail Blazers in overtime, so this win was long overdue for the H-town team.
