Harry Kane Becomes Fastest Player to Score 100 Goals in Europe’s Top Five Leagues

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has made history by becoming the fastest player ever to score 100 goals for a club in Europe’s top five leagues. He achieved the milestone in just 104 games after netting twice against Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga on Friday evening.

The England captain scored a first-half penalty to double Bayern’s lead after Luis Diaz’s opener, before adding another in the second half to seal the record. Remarkably, Kane has converted all 18 penalties he has taken in the Bundesliga since joining Bayern.

The 32-year-old has been in red-hot form this season, hitting 10 goals in five league matches. Overall, he has scored 16 times in just 10 appearances for club and country.

Kane’s scoring tally is more than double that of his closest rival in the Bundesliga, teammate Luis Diaz, who has four league goals.

His stunning start has further strengthened Bayern’s title defence and underlined why many regard him as one of the most clinical strikers in world football.
