Henry Makinwa out to shock Rivers United in Portharcourt
The technical adviser of ABS FC is targeting a shock win over Rivers United when he takes his side to Portharcourt to face United in a rescheduled Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) game on Thursday.
The Ilorin-based club are winless in their last five games (Remo Stars 3- 0 ABS, ABS 1-1 Enyimba, Plateau United 4-1 ABS, ABS 1-1 Gombe United, Abia Warriors 2-0 ABS), the record further showed they’ve been terrible on the road but their Technical adviser, Henry Makinwa, believes they can shock Rivers United in Portharcourt.
“My expectations are that we are going to win; we want to win. Our ambition is to win all games if it’s possible
“The match against Rivers United is one of the games and we are going to give our best to win the game.”
Rivers United are currently occupying the 19th position on the log and they are unbeaten at home so far this season.
