Everything is going as planned for the Nigerian teams at ongoing Hockey Africa Cup of Nations in Ghana.

Yesterday, the men’s team suffered a 4-2 loss to mighty Egypt in their first group game.

Nigeria drew the first blood in the second quarter of the game and were tied 2-2 at a point in the game but a much experienced Egyptian side won the game 4-2.

They however, bounced back in the second game trashing Uganda 10-3 this afternoon at the Theodosia Okoh Hockey Stadium to the delight of Nigerians both home and abroad.
