Ighalo’s Man Utd and Moses’ Inter get Europa League semifinal opponents
Retired Super Eagles stars Odion Ighalo and Victor Moses have learnt their opponents in the UEFA Europa League semifinal.
Tuesday quarterfinal results which saw Sevilla get a 1-0 win against Wolvehampton and Shakhtar a 4-1 win against Basel concluded the last eight fixtures.
This means Odion Ighalo’s Manchester United would now play Sevilla while Victor Moses’ Inter Milan will tackle Shakhtar Donetsk in the semifinal.
Odion Ighalo’s Manchester United pipped Copenhagen 1-0 and Victor Moses’ Inter Milan beat Bayer Leverkusen 2-1 on Monday to also book their places in the last four.
The last four fixture between Sevilla and Manchester United would be played on Sunday while the clash between Inter Milan and Shakhtar Donetsk would be played on Monday.
