Ilechukwu likens playing without Olatunbosun as Barca, Madrid without Messi & Ronaldo

Mountain Of Fire Ministries (MFM) FC coach Fidelis Ilechukwu has likened the unavailability of his star player Sikiru Olatunbosun as Barcelona and Madrid playing without Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

A win for MFM FC in Lagos today will guarantee their passage to the next round of the CAF Champions League competition after the Olukoya Boys secured a 1-1 draw against Real Bamako in Mali.

But Fidelis Ilechukwu while addressing the journalists revealed that the absence of his star player who was not registered for the CAF Champions League means he has too put more extra work but promised his boys will come all out for the win at the Soccer Temple.

“It is very painful, it’s just like Real Madrid playing without Cristiano Ronaldo or Barcelona playing without Lionel Messi, the Coach needs to extra work for other players to perform.

“The win against Akwa United was very important for us, and we will use it as an advantage to beat Real Bamako, which is another tough game considering they play like Akwa United. We will come all out for the win. It’s very important because we must score.”
